It has been heartbreaking to witness humankind take up arms and fight bloody senseless wars, one after the other, killing, maiming and disabling millions of men, women and children.
But this is nothing new. Bloodshed in humanity has a history as long as the existence of humanity itself.
To stop the violence, the senseless suffering and bloodshed, we must change the ideology that leads to it.
What I call the “Alpha Wolf Leadership Philosophy” is a philosophy of leadership that goes all the way back to the times when the humankind lived in the caves. Watching the Alpha male wolf in the Wolfpack, who led the pack, fight, overpower and forcefully impose his will on others in the pack, the human philosophy of the Alpha-Wolf Leadership was born. The Alpha Wolf Leadership philosophy became the predominant philosophy of leadership in man, when he observed and became impressed with the Alpha male, the leader in the front of the wolfpack who punished any other male who attempted to lead. The Alpha wolf leader would hurt, sabotage, or kill the other males who dared to challenge his leadership, in order to maintain his own position of superiority, and his position of power in the place of leadership in the pack.
Today the world leaders have created coalitions. Packs of leaders in two opposite poles. And these two poles of West and East, as if they are a pack of hungry black wolves against a pack of ferocious grey wolves, are about to create a global war, the feared World War III that unlike all the previous wars before it will most likely annihilate human kind, all living species and destroy our planet.
The clock is ticking. The stakes have never been higher. The world is standing on the edge of a precipice, where a single misstep could plunge us all into chaos, bloodshed, and destruction. We’re at a point in human history where continuing with outdated, primitive ideologies—like the Alpha Wolf Leadership Philosophy —will lead us to nothing but devastation. This is not just about governments or armies; this is about our children, our loved ones, our planet, and every living species.
People are dying. Children are suffering. Innocent lives are being torn apart in conflicts driven by greed, power, and a need for dominance. The very philosophy that has guided human leadership for millennia is now fueling the destruction of everything we hold dear. The

The Alpha Wolf Leadership philosophy is as old as humanity itself. It goes back to when our ancestors observed the wolf pack, where the Alpha wolf dominated, bullied, and killed any male that challenged his rule. Men saw this brutal hierarchy and adopted it as their own, believing that the strongest must lead, and the rest must fall in line or perish.
This competitive and aggressive model of leadership was born in the dark ages of humanity when survival meant fighting over fertile land and hunting grounds. It was a time of blood, rocks, and sharpened stones, where life was short, brutal, and unforgiving. As humans evolved, so did their weapons—spears became swords, swords became guns, and today, we stand on the brink of a world where nuclear weapons, bombs, and drones are at the fingertips of Alpha leaders who follow this same destructive ideology.
We have moved from cave dwellers fighting with sticks to global powers armed with nuclear warheads capable of destroying all life on Earth. But the ideology remains the same: dominance at all costs.
As humanity advanced, the weapons changed, but the brutal Alpha mentality stayed the same. For centuries, kings, emperors, and presidents have adopted the win-lose philosophy, waging wars over resources, power, and land. They saw themselves as the Alpha wolves—at the top of the pack—and everyone else was a challenger, a threat to be neutralized.
This thinking has led to wars that have claimed millions of innocent lives, torn families apart, and left scars on humanity that may never heal. Children, the elderly, and the vulnerable are always the first to suffer in this relentless pursuit of power. Generation after generation has been lost to the hunger for dominance.
Today, we live in a world where nations spend billions on weapons of destruction while children die of hunger and people perish from lack of access to basic needs. The Alpha-Male leadership model is not just outdated; it’s inhumane. It creates a world where the strong prey on the weak, where those with power crush those without. This is the leadership that will destroy us all—if we don’t change.
The problem with the Alpha Wolf Leadership model is that it is fundamentally self-destructive. It pits leaders, nations, and even individuals against one another in a relentless battle for superiority. It’s a philosophy that encourages conflict, breeds division, and leaves a trail of blood and suffering wherever it goes.
Look at the world today. Countries fight over land, power, and resources, just like cavemen fought over the best hunting grounds. But today, the stakes are incomprehensibly higher. With weapons of mass destruction at our disposal, we have the ability to wipe out not just one rival, but entire civilizations. As species, we are more than capable of blowing ourselves to pieces, taking our children, our families, and every living species on this planet with us, while we destroy the Earth in the process.
Is this the future we want? A world where our loved ones are vaporized in an instant, where entire cities are reduced to ash, and where the beautiful diversity of life on Earth is lost forever? This is the inevitable result of continuing down the path of Alpha leadership. We are marching towards oblivion, and unless we change, we won’t survive the next century.
Since a very young age, I was placed on Earth very strategically. All my family members had a duty to teach me a series of particular type of lessons. In the late eighties, the concept of termination of war among nations, and world peace became the mission of my life and that of then, my newly formed California non-profit entity committed to pursue that mission.
As I have matured, I have learned that to make a fundamental change in someone, his way of thinking needs to be modified. So too, to prevent the types of wars that have occurred in the past, it is time to embrace a new philosophy, one that rejects the win-lose mentality of Alpha leadership and embraces a win-win approach.
Meditating, asking God for the best solution for the current global bipolarity all of us as humans face that threatens our very existence, I learned of the Lion Pride Leadership Philosophy. While brutal, competitive, selfdestructive Alpha Wolf Pack Leadership Philosophy in our world is threatening our very existence as humans, the Lion Pride Leadership Philosophy can very well be the spiritual win-win way of life and a model of leadership that is based on care, compassion, and the protection of all, and it will most likely prevent human self-destruction.
Unlike the Alpha Wolf, which rules through intimidation and dominance, the Lion Pride Leader, leads with care, compassion and purpose to serve and protects its pride and its territory—its family.
The Lion Pride Leader works to ensure the well-being of every member of the Pride and the territory at his own risk and expense. He is the symbol if true valor in leadership. In this model, the Lion Pride Leader remains the leader, protecting the entire pride and the territory. He wins by passing on his blood line to the next generations when he graduates the young male lions out of the Pride to go out and form their own respective successful, independent prides. The Pride also wins by surviving as a result of Lion Pride Leader’s courage, defense, services and selfless sacrifices. Lion Pride Leadership for all members of the Pride gifts security, peace and support. Unlike Alfa Wolf Philosophy, Lion Pride Leadership Philosophy is not a philosophy of aggression and competition; it is one of compassion and collaboration.
In the Lion Pride Leadership philosophy, the leader although is in the position of power, leadership and guidance; his attitude is less of superiority, as leader he is not above the people, but among the people. The leader’s strength comes not from their ability to dominate, but from their ability to care for and uplift others. A true leader serves, protects, and nurtures their community, much like a lion ensures the safety and survival of the entire pride.
In this model, leaders are not concerned with crushing their rivals or proving their superiority. Instead, they focus on creating a peaceful and prosperous environment for all. This is leadership based on love, respect, and service. It is leadership for humanity, not against it.
I am inspired by historical figures like Cyrus the Great, the king of Persia, who ruled with compassion and respect for human rights, creating one of the greatest empires the world has ever seen. He did not lead by fear but by ensuring the well-being of all his people, regardless of their race, religion, or background. His leadership was inclusive, peaceful, and progressive, and it is a model that we must return to if we are to survive the challenges of today.
The world cannot wait any longer. The time for change is now. We must reject the Alpha-Male philosophy that has brought nothing but pain, suffering, and death. We must embrace a new way of thinking, one that prioritizes the well-being of every person on this planet.
